New Grad, Entry LevelCompunnel Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will act as the first point of contact for restaurant partners in local markets. This role focuses on building relationships with restaurants, educating them on DoorDash’s value proposition, and securing qualified meetings for Outside Account Executives.

Responsibilities
Visit a high volume of restaurant prospects within an assigned territory to introduce DoorDash
Identify restaurant owners or key decision-makers and build trust through in-person conversations
Present a clear and compelling pitch on how DoorDash helps restaurants grow orders and reach new customers
Secure and book qualified meetings for the Outside Sales team
Accurately log visits, conversations, and outcomes in Salesforce and other sales tools
Collaborate with Outside Account Executives on target accounts and follow-up strategies
Plan and manage daily routes to maximize productivity and meeting conversions
Follow up with merchants via phone, text, and email to confirm meetings
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets related to meetings and revenue impact
Gather merchant feedback and share insights to improve sales strategy and products
Qualification
Required
Strong face-to-face and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Resilience and persistence in a high-volume sales environment
Strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills
Goal-oriented mindset with focus on performance metrics
Coachable attitude and willingness to receive feedback
Preferred
Experience using CRM or sales tools such as Salesforce or Outreach
Background in restaurant, food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or local business environments
