Office Manager

Responsibilities
Assist with team meeting preparation including content creation, logistics coordination, and day of execution
Greet clients in-office for in-person meetings and serve as the first point of contact
Order meals for team and client meetings
Setup and breakdown conference rooms for client and team meetings as needed
Manage DFW team calendar including office closures, holidays, and other events
Coordinate and lead efforts to maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing office environment for both the team and clients
Assist in the planning and execution of internal team events
Provide meeting, scheduling, and travel coordination support for Director level management on an as needed basis
Lead as point of contact with building management on necessary coordination for equipment repairs, and general ad hoc tenant needs
Sort and distribute daily mail and packages
Provide basic tech troubleshooting support
Assist in onboarding and offboarding steps related to building/floor access, decal/nameplate ordering and placement, and new hire training on relevant office related topics
Potential to obtain notary public certification and provide notary services to clients
Assist with ad-hoc data requests and project implementation as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in administration or office management
Bachelor's Degree, equivalent experience or education may be substituted
A strong sense of collaboration as part of a goal oriented team with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals down the hall and around the community
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Demonstrated ability to handle the execution of confidential and time sensitive information
Preferred
Potential to obtain notary public certification and provide notary services to clients
