Responsibilities

Serve as the expert for Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Learning, etc. – based on organization needs)
Function as primary point-of-contact for day-to-day support of business processes, integration support, reporting, and dashboards to ensure consistent, high-quality business operations
Partner with our People Experience team and other internal stakeholders to help them define business requirements, implement, evaluate, and deploy additional HCM modules, changes to business processes, or integrations as needed
Develop or enhance system reporting and analytics to enable our People Experience business partners to identify trends and to empower leadership decision-making
Configure, maintain, and enhance business processes, security roles, eligibility rules, and condition logic
Troubleshoot complex system issues and partner with Workday support as needed
Support and assess Workday system updates or upgrades
Gather feedback to identify system gaps and deficiencies, and if applicable, suggest best practices or process improvements to help fill those gaps
Conduct long-term improvement projects to ensure compatibility with the company’s evolving business applications landscape and needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business administration, or a related field
At least 5+ years of experience administering and supporting Workday
Strong configuration knowledge of Workday, including Workday Recruiting, Core HCM, Benefits, Absence and Performance Management
Strong Workday Reporting including Advanced Reports, Matrix, composite reports, and calculated fields
Proficiency in Workday security, compliance, and controls to effectively manage and maintain security and roles
Comprehension of Workday integrations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Experience working with confidential information and critical business operations and processes
High attention to detail and sense of urgency
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements or objectives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with aggressive timelines and delivery dates
Effective communication and people skills, including the ability to set clear expectations with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed

Preferred

Certification in one or more Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Reporting, etc.)
