Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions
Guide Media clients in ad sales, digital subscriptions, and content licensing workflows
Conduct Revenue Cloud–focused fit-gap analysis
Architect scalable CPQ/Billing/subscription lifecycle solutions
Produce solution design and technical documentation
Lead Build/Test/Review cycles
Deliver end-user and admin training

Required

7+ years consulting experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
7+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect
3+ years Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) experience
Media & Entertainment industry expertise
Salesforce Certifications Required; Revenue Cloud preferred but not limited to
Functional and technical Salesforce expertise
Consultative engagement experience
Experience with user-centered design
Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain

Subscription lifecycle architecture including amendments and renewals
