Responsibilities
Define and drive the vision and strategy for our Network Platform solutions
Build, scale, and nurture a cohesive, high-performing team that is passionate about innovation, reliability, and impact at scale
Forge strong cross-functional partnerships to align with stakeholders, ensuring that our solutions meet evolving business and technical needs while upholding the highest standards of reliability, resilience, and security
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development
At least 4 years of experience in a technical leadership position, including responsibilities for people management
Demonstrated technical expertise with the ability to engage in deep technical discussions to support sound decision-making
Proven track record in designing and building highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
Solid experience with network infrastructure and software-defined networking (SDN)
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Broad experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and micro-services architectures
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong capability to manage priorities, meet aggressive deadlines, and drive initiatives to completion
In-depth knowledge of network protocols and routing mechanisms
Comprehensive understanding of networking solutions spanning OSI layers 3 through 7
