Responsibilities

Designing and driving strategy for all high-volume RF module tests at the module factories adhering to the internal processes/objectives

Research, design, and development of test methodologies at the module vendors for multiple Wireless technologies (Wifi/UWB/GPS/Cellular/NFC)

Work with multiple chipsets across wireless technologies and plan the appropriate high volume test strategy

Required

BS with 10+ years of relevant industry experience

Programming experience in C, C++, Matlab, Python, or other similar languages

Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment, expert in working with and programming high-volume automatic test equipment (ATE) testers such as LitePoint, Advantest, and Teradyne

Preferred

Deep understanding of wireless technologies

Skilled at driving cross-functional decision-making and collaborating with various test teams (upstream/downstream) to develop a comprehensive end-to-end product testing strategy

Highly self-motivated and capable of leading vendors, test partners, and establishing effective test strategies

Exceptional expertise in hardware and software integration, problem-solving, and optimization

Experienced in data and yield analysis, with proficiency in JMP or similar tools a plus

Well-versed in the design, validation, and debugging of DUT control boards

Experienced in applying AI/ML to improve test plans, test times, and speed up build learnings
