HR MANAGER
Forsythe & Long Industries, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing employee relations, benefits, talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Oversee benefits administration, compensation programs, and payroll coordination
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring processes
Manage performance review processes and support leadership with coaching and development plans
Ensure compliance with employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, etc.)
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Promote a positive company culture and employee engagement initiatives
Qualification
Required
