Responding to associate requests for office equipment

Light movement of boxes, supplies, etc

Assist Facilities Manager in rearranging office spaces

Other duties as required

Light maintenance around building facility

Responding to associate requests and daily tasks TBD by Facilities Manager

Hours: ~8:30-4:30pm, in downtown Pittsburgh

Duties: Facilities Associate who would help maintain an office environment and facilities

Duties include refilling kitchen supplies (coffee, cups, etc.), light cleaning, responding to associate requests for office equipment, light movement of boxes, supplies, etc

Assist Facilities Manager in rearranging office spaces, and other duties as required

Facilities associate needed to help maintain two office facilities

Duties include light cleaning, restocking of coffee and soda machines, light maintenance around building facility, responding to associate requests and daily tasks TBD by Facilities Manager

Skills: Timeliness, comfortable with moving materials and light objects, strong work ethic, ability to take instructions

Good communication skills, ability to interact with all in an office environment

Training will be provided for required jobs

Education: High school/GED equivalent
