Responsibilities
Develop customer strategy deliverables that align to enterprise vision, strategy, and long-range plans
Drive stakeholder alignment through effective scoping, identify cross-functional partners and facilitate effective meetings
Partner with internal data, analytics and research partners and/or external vendors to develop strategic outputs
Influence and support business owners in the integration of customer insights and strategies, including informing plans and roadmaps
Contribute to the development and evolution of our enterprise customer strategy and develop executive, officer and board of director level briefings
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of experience in a strategic or customer insights role
3 or more years of experience identifying and analyzing data to generate concise insights
3 or more years of experience working with large corporate organizations (directly or indirectly)
3 or more years of experience influencing business and senior-level stakeholders
Strong business acumen with a customer-led mindset
Preferred
Experience in customer experience, research or insights
Understanding of change management and change leadership
Understanding of Human Centered Design (HCD) or design thinking
Advanced Power Point skills
