Responsibilities

Combine design and weather intelligence to build, ship, and scale high-impact solutions for critical industries
Rapidly turn new feature ideas into polished, customer-facing digital prototypes & experiences
Inspect frontend code and push changes
Craft seamless, intuitive experiences that feel precise & dynamic
Conduct discovery calls and apply UX research techniques

Qualification

B2B product developmentFrontend code inspectionUX research techniquesGeospatial data visualizationSustainability passion

Required

2+ years of experience building B2B products (interactive tools, not static dashboards)
Design intuition for crafting seamless, intuitive experiences that feel precise & dynamic
Sufficient technical fluency to inspect frontend code and push changes
Pixel-perfect attention to detail, with care for fine-tuning visual elements & interactions
Customer-facing experience (discovery calls, UX research techniques)
Demonstrated passion for sustainability and curiosity about weather

Love working with geospatial data to generate unique visualizations
