Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of hands-on experience using Primavera P6 for project scheduling
Strong understanding of project management and PMO practices
Experience with capital projects and project controls (scheduling focus)
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level interaction
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage complex data
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the MS Office suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards
Preferred
Primavera P6 Certification
PMI-SP and/or PMP Certification
Previous experience supporting SAP project
