This role requires strong organizational skills and technical knowledge of security and life safety systems, ensuring efficient coordination of service and project activities.

Responsibilities
Receive, prioritize, coordinate, and perform electronic security and fire / life safety service calls
Dispatch technicians and manage daily service schedules
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests and status updates
Track service tickets, documentation, and required follow-ups
Coordinate parts, equipment, vendors, and subcontractors as needed
Ensure service work complies with company standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, project managers, construction teams, and vendors
Support project scheduling, communication, and documentation
Coordinate project-related service work, change requests, and punch-list items
Maintain accurate service and project documentation
Communicate timelines, scope, and project status clearly to all stakeholders
Assist with construction coordination related to low-voltage and security systems
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in the electronic security industry
Valid Oklahoma Department of Labor license for intrusion, CCTV, and access control
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with project management software, documentation platforms, and general computer applications
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer service–focused approach
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must possess a valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience with fire / life safety systems, low-voltage systems, or security integration preferred
Strong background in project coordination or project management highly desirable
