Responsibilities
Define and oversee the technical architecture for Power Platform, including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI
Lead the re-platforming of legacy Oracle/Java applications into modern Power Apps solutions
Develop environment strategy, governance model, and security framework (Azure AD integration, RBAC, compliance)
Partner with data engineers on designing data models across Dataverse, Azure SQL, Synapse, and Data Lake
Act as the primary liaison between business SMEs, legacy developers, and Power Platform team
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development staff
Qualification
Required
8+ years in enterprise application development/architecture
4+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong knowledge of Azure services (SQL, Synapse, Data Lake, Functions, Logic Apps)
Demonstrated success in migrating legacy systems to Power Platform or Azure cloud
Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP, DoD RMF a plus)
Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance required (must be a US citizen); current interim or active Secret clearance desired
