Vice President, Regional Sales Manager

The Vice President, Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building valuable business relationships, sourcing business from real estate investors and brokers, and managing loan origination quality and communication to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
The Vice President, Regional Sales Manager is responsible for loan origination quality & communication, as well as collaborating with a best-in-class fulfillment team all working together to ensure the customer’s and/or business partners experience is exceptional, and that the company’s risk is securely managed
Personally, source and submit a min. of $4Million dollars in Business Purpose loans per month and fund a minimum of $3million dollars in Business Purpose loans per month
Submit complete applications that meet the program requirements, which includes data, documentation, and double-checking your work for accuracy
Support the Consumer business channels where strategically valuable to you & your business partners; maximize all relationships – wherever feasible
Manage emotions through preparation & fact-based dialog; always interacting with the highest level of professionalism in the industry
Fully understand & comprehend the real estate investment market segment and be able to effectively communicate how the Company structure & product suite can help our clients grow and prosper
Educate business partners, referral sources, brokers, and investors on the Company value proposition, and become a trusted advisor in your markets for all things related to real estate investment financing
Master the role through comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s products, guidelines, and be competent at analyzing and accurately structure loan opportunities
Always Be Selling (ABS), continue to expand & prospect with your own established relationships, and your own host webinars, meetups, seminars, and participate in regional industry networking functions to build your book of business and promote all the company has to offer
Participate and speak at industry events through your knowledge, preparation, and experience
Approach each day with a “drive for results” & “sense of urgency”, demonstrate excellence with tremendous motivation to succeed and be the best in the industry
Focus your time and efforts on prospecting and driving in new business, while also managing a loan pipeline with strong closing conversion ratios
Provide unmatched customer care & service
Adheres to approved daily work schedule, meets attendance standards satisfactorily, and performs all position requirements as expected
Remains current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive, and technology environments that may affect the business
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
In-depth knowledge of loan processes, required loan documentation, closing procedures, and the loan process
Min. 2+ years of proven mortgage sales experience with a verifiable customer base; must have sales experience with either forward mortgages, fix-and-flip, bridge, new construction, and/or DSCR rental loans
Possess an existing book of business or an extensive network of contacts that are either real estate investors, mortgage brokers, or referral partners in your local market, or nationwide
Proven top producer as Account Executive or Loan Originator; must be a self-starter, must be competitive & drive for results, and must be committed to building lasting relationships & growing your business every month
Requires excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business
Strong multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment; and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Must take initiative and focus on achievement of position & company objectives
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
NMLS license preferred but not necessary to apply
Open to learning new technology systems and a paperless environment
