Risk Management Assistant
Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Risk Management Assistant to provide administrative support to the Risk Management Department. The role involves tracking risk projects, managing departmental records, and assisting with training and compliance activities for facility staff.

Responsibilities
Track Risk projects as assigned throughout the facility, which may include but is not limited to quality council, policies and procedures, safety committee, departmental monitors, board monitors and graphs
Responsible for compiling and distributing material prior to meetings, as well as recording the minutes
Responsible for department records management
Assist with coordinating and training activities for facility staff to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, as needed
Assist with the coordination of Risk Management programs, as requested
Perform other functions and tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility)
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree within a clinical healthcare field such as nursing or counseling
First aid may be required based on state or facility
