Locum Tenens Business Development
Quest Locum Tenens is a fast-growing, female-led national locum staffing agency. The Client Solutions Consultant will be responsible for identifying and securing new client business in the locum tenens space, focusing on hospitals and healthcare facilities while fostering strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential clients, establishing strong relationships to understand their locum tenens needs
Secure and expand contractual opportunities with healthcare organizations to increase opportunities for delivery of Quest’s locum tenens services
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic outreach plans
Present Quest’s services and solutions effectively to a variety of healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, urgent care clinics, and more
Develop and implement strategic business development plans aimed at exceeding sales targets and expanding our client base
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
Foster long-term relationships with clients to promote retention and growth of accounts
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Quest's services
Other business development duties as necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related experience
3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within the locum tenens industry
Proven experience in business development or sales and/or recruitment preferably within the healthcare or locum tenens industry
Experience delivering compelling presentations, both in-person and virtually
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools for lead generation and client management
Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and industry recruitment events when required
Commitment to contributing positively to a collaborative company culture
Process-oriented mindset, focusing on optimizing workflows and maintaining consistent standards
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on client needs and satisfaction
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle the balance of sourcing providers, attending meetings, and managing a book of actively working contractors
