Scheduling & prepping materials for onboarding new clients

Managing the meeting process for new clients

Managing new daily & monthly calendars

Answer & direct phone calls

Manage Underwriting for New Business

Organize and schedule vendor meetings and appointments

Maintain contact lists

Produce & distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes

Maintain filing system

Reception relief & coverage
