Connectivity and VoIP Sales Representative(B2B) W2 Draw + Uncapped Commission - Remote

Responsibilities
Prospect daily (calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals)
Book and run discovery with owners/decision makers
Identify pain: outages, slow internet, billing insanity, bad call quality, multi-site complexity
Build clear proposals and present options confidently
Close deals and coordinate a clean handoff to delivery/ops
Maintain CRM discipline (if it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen)
Hit activity + pipeline + closed revenue targets consistently
Qualification
Required
Have B2B sales experience (telecom, connectivity, VoIP, or adjacent)
Can speak with decision makers and run a full cycle (prospect → close)
Are disciplined, competitive, and coachable
Don't need permission to work — just a target and a scoreboard
Handle rejection like an adult and keep dialing
