Provider Recruiter
Agile Occupational Medicine is a leading occupational medicine group with a network of clinics dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services. The Provider Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified clinical healthcare professionals to meet organizational staffing needs.
Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill or high-volume positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Utilize job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct sourcing methods to identify and engage candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational regulations, including EEOC and healthcare credentialing standards
Represent the organization at job fairs, professional association meetings, and community events to promote employment opportunities
Collaborate with HR and Credentialing teams to ensure timely onboarding and credential verification for new hires
Track and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, including clinical roles such as providers (MD/DO, NP/PA) and clinical support staff
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity, iCIMS, ADP, or similar)
Knowledge of healthcare compliance, credentialing, and licensure processes
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a healthcare or medical staffing environment
