Responsibilities
Customize and prep doors with hardware, glass kits, lites, and sizing modifications
Interpret shop orders, templates, and drawings to bring our designs to life
Work with a variety of tools: welding, routing, grinding, sanding, and painting
Operate forklifts and manage materials across the shop
Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas for process improvement
Qualification
Required
Hands-on, mechanically inclined
Solid problem-solving skills
Able to read technical drawings and interpret shop specs
Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working on your feet
Team players who care about safety, quality, and doing the job right
Preferred
Experience with welding, woodworking, or fabrication
