Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and understand models and simulations for aviation customers
Guide the establishment of requirements for digital engineering solutions applicable to aviation programs with an emphasis on the airworthiness process
Develop integration and training requirements for the expansion of digital engineering utilization for Signalink to include integration of MBSE models with physics-based models and digital twins
Develop of trade studies to support the selection of preferred digital engineering solutions and course of action alternatives in digital engineering implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from ABET accredited college in mechanical or aerospace engineering
0-3 years of experience in applied Digital/Systems Engineering, Cameo, Solidworks, and/or other model based software
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and parts lists
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must currently hold or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance at the secret level
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Preferred
Familiarity with Army standards and specifications
Experience with rotary wing aircrafts
Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
