Service Now Technical Consultant
LevelUP HCS is seeking a Technical Consultant with deep ServiceNow experience, focused on Employee Center, to support client implementations and post-go-live activities. The role involves collaborating with Solution Architects, troubleshooting defects, and providing technical support during the post-go-live period.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Solution Architect to configure, script, and develop ServiceNow solutions based on defined requirements and sprint plans
Identify, troubleshoot, and mitigate defects uncovered during unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support and participate in the migration of completed work to test and production environments
Serve as the primary technical support resource during the post–go-live period
Provide hands-on technical expertise to ensure delivery of a high-quality, scalable solution
Excellent communication and problem solving skills to map client requirements to ServiceNow solutions
