Responsibilities
Youʼll support a mix of:
Website redesign projects
Website reskin and UI refresh work
UI audits and optimisation
Ongoing UI support through retainers
Digital products that sit alongside websites
Qualification
Required
Experienced in UI design with a strong visual eye and practical mindset
Fluent in Figma
Experience designing for B2B environments across complex journeys and multiple audiences
Ability to design interactions, states, and simple motion
Experience with prototyping to communicate intent and behavior
Collaborative nature and ability to work closely with developers
Experience working in agency environments
Understanding of time allocation, budget, and delivery in projects
Designing with WCAG AA standards in mind for accessibility
Preferred
Strong UI portfolio with website and digital product work
Experience designing for WordPress sites
Bonus experience with Webflow, Shopify or headless CMS setups
