Source and provide the best material handling solutions for new and existing customers
Maintain a minimum market share (ITA) of 20% in assigned counties
Maintain a minimum market awareness of 30% for new lift truck sales
Strive for professionalism, observing and complying with all Company regulations and policies
Represent the Company loyally, faithfully, with honesty and integrity
Sell the products and services within established Company prices and policies
Maintain accurate and current customer profiles on all accounts
Keep customer database current for each account in their territory
Achieve annual sales volumes and gross profit goals each year
Qualification
Required
4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2+ years progressive experience working in a Material Handling, industrial equipment or related B2B product sales environment
3-5 years cold calling/prospecting experience
3-5 years CRM experience
Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and customers
Ability to speak, read and write English
Ability to work under pressure, shift priorities in a changing environment, be self-directed, and use good business judgment
Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Clear DMV record and ability to drive
