Virtual Assistant (Contractor)
Credit Suite is a company focused on empowering businesses with opportunities for growth by building their business credit. They are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Virtual Sales Assistant to support the Sales Team by cultivating new and existing accounts and maximizing sales opportunities through lead outreach and relationship management.

Responsibilities
Reaching out to all new leads using a provided script and scheduling appointments for assigned Account Executives
Bi-weekly check-ins with partners to identify needs, provide support, or escalate conversations to the Account Executive
Following up with clients who have scheduled appointments to send reminders and ensure attendance
Supporting special projects and ad-hoc assignments as requested
Assisting with additional duties as needed to support the Sales Team’s success
Qualification
Required
Independent Contractor / Freelancer (Outside the U.S. welcome)
Near-perfect English (native or fluent) with a neutral accent is required
Comfortable speaking with Executives, C-Suite leaders, and Business Owners
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Excellent spoken and written English, strong listening skills, and the ability to think critically
Ability to collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Account Executives to solve problems and improve outcomes
Proactive, independent, and accountable—able to identify gaps, take initiative, and propose solutions
Open to feedback and continuous improvement
Preferred
Previous experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer service is preferred but not required
