Responsibilities

Expertly manage calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports for newsroom leaders

Serve as a key point of contact between newsroom leadership and internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and professional communication

Plan and coordinate logistics and materials — including data gathering and agendas for weekly leadership meetings, newsroom events, and other internal gatherings

Track priorities, timelines, and follow-ups to keep newsroom leadership organized and informed across key initiatives and operations

Coordinate across U.S. and European newsrooms to align schedules, communication, and follow-up on shared priorities

Occasionally assist with newsroom operations and staff engagement activities, helping to ensure smooth coordination and execution

Required

4+ years as an executive assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills across phone, email and in-person interactions

Experience handling confidential information and working closely with executive leadership

A flexible and positive attitude, good judgement and diplomacy, and the ability to anticipate future needs

Experience with Microsoft Suite products, Zoom, and expense systems (such as Navan)
