Responsibilities
Deconstruct consulting engagements into repeatable product workflows
Run customer engagements directly, translating executive questions into decision models
Shape product roadmap based on real enterprise patterns
Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market alongside founders
Work directly with CEO on company strategy
Qualification
Required
5-10 years in management consulting (MBB or strong boutique)
Owned strategy work for C-suite stakeholders
Understands how executives actually make decisions vs. how they say they do
Can move between customer calls, product specs, and investor narratives
Wants to build, not just advise
Preferred
CPG, pricing, or growth strategy experience
Previous startup experience as operator or early employee
