Responsibilities
Test products for safety, capacity, compliance, and performance
Examine and troubleshoot specific components and assemblies
Compile and document test data for project and engineering teams
Perform testing activities under the guidance of the Quality team
Maintain accurate hydrotest logs, including Safe Work Permits when applicable
Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S and good housekeeping practices
Ensure all tooling and equipment are kept in proper working condition
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication skills
Physical ability to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical ability
Basic computer skills (emailing, form completion, data entry)
Forklift experience
Preferred
Associate's degree
Experience with high-pressure and/or high-voltage testing
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to work safely in an industrial production environment
