Responsibilities
Drives the execution of creative visions for Apple Retail customers, providing strategic leadership for major initiatives on apple.com and the Apple Store App
Collaborates closely with business partners, product managers, designers, and technology teams to transform the customer experience
Enables successful launches of new products and Retail programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of experience leading the production of interactive digital experiences across all channels and platforms
Experience driving strategic requirements and resolving technical challenges with cross-functional teams (including engineering and business partners) against multi-year roadmaps
Experience managing multiple projects, resources, schedules, and competing priorities across high profile work streams
A track record of close collaboration with creative teams, actively contributing to and representing their work
Preferred
Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Highly organized and skilled at crafting efficiencies to streamline processes
Ability to independently facilitate alignment and build consensus among senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of analytical frameworks to measure achievement of business goals
Deep experience with budgeting, finance, and operational cost models
Ability to anticipate and solve problems while maintaining focus on project milestones
