Business Development Representative

Intelica delivers specialized solutions for card payment network cost analytics and optimization. They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to expand their client base and strengthen their presence in the payments and financial services sectors.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within financial institutions, payment processors, fintech firms, and enterprise merchants
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear forecasting and reporting
Develop a deep understanding of Intelica’s card scheme fee analytics offerings to effectively articulate value propositions
Conduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations to key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal analytics and consulting teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction
Represent Intelica at industry events, webinars, and conferences
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform the company’s sales strategy

Qualification

Required

2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise SaaS, consulting, financial services, payments, or analytics solutions
This role is best suited for someone who has already closed complex B2B deals and is ready for more ownership
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Familiarity with card payments, interchange fees, scheme fees, or related payments ecosystem concepts
Experience selling data, analytics, or advisory services
Existing network within financial institutions or fintech firms
