Branch Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through coaching, training, and performance management
Develop strategic sales plans tailored to local market needs, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts in both residential and B2B environments
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions
Drive new business development initiatives through target marketing efforts, networking and proactive outreach
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize branch performance
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to analyze sales data, forecast trends and optimize sales strategies
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and promote brand consistency across all touchpoints

Required

3-5 yrs of experience in sales leadership or management within residential and B2B environments
3-5 yrs of experience in outside sales
Bachelor's Degree in sales or business or relevant industry experience
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for analysis, reporting and account management
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Demonstrated success in managing sales teams with strong leadership skills that inspire high performance
The ability to develop sales strategies and drive results in a competitive marketplace
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate teams effectively
Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement actionable plans
A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Prior experience in the security/alarm industry, strongly preferred
