Graphics (GPU) RTL Design Engineer
Apple is a leading technology company seeking a Graphics (GPU) RTL Design Engineer to join their Silicon Engineering group. This role involves designing and manufacturing high-performance, power-efficient processors and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge GPU microarchitectures.

Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality, low-power graphics IP that meets performance, timing, and area goals
Exploring design trade-offs while exercising rigorous design principles
Understanding and contributing to cutting edge microarchitectural specifications to design best in class GPUs
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in architecture, validation, modeling, and physical design
Qualification
Required
Background in GPU, CPU, or SIMD architectures
Proficiency in System Verilog HDL
Ability to drive, bring up and debug complex designs
Experience with Logic design, including low-power techniques and timing analysis/optimizations
BS + Minimum of 3 years of experience
Preferred
Understanding of GPU Schedulers, Execution Units, or Caches
Experience writing microarchitectural specifications
Experience in hardware performance analysis and debug
Proficiency with synthesis tools, floor planning, and understanding of the PNR flow
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl
Ability to work well in a team in order to be productive under aggressive product schedules
