Responsibilities
Own the relationship with hiring managers and take a consultative approach to sourcing
Drive process efficiency and accuracy in screening and assessing candidates
Schedule interviews and facilitate consensus meetings to discuss results
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute flawlessly on the hiring process
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process with a focus on meeting time-to-fill goals
Screen and counsel candidates, coach hiring teams, and negotiate offers
Ensure attention to detail and flawless execution of requisition processing
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency
Qualification
Required
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (high-volume recruiting a plus)
Demonstrated experience recruiting for non-technical roles such as process management, principal coordinators, project managers, and other exempt/non-technical positions
Strong background in supporting non-tech and exempt hiring with proven ability to manage diverse role requirements
Prior recruiting experience with large enterprise or Big Tech companies
Experience working with direct clients (not just through vendors or subcontractors)
