Responsibilities

Create and refine CAD models for physical products developed on the Cadly.AI platform
Convert concepts, sketches, and early requirements into production-ready mechanical designs
Support prototyping, iteration, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) workflows
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and manufacturing partners in a remote environment
Assist in validating functionality, usability, and manufacturability prior to launch

Qualification

CAD software proficiencyMechanical designDesign-for-manufacturing (DFM)CommunicationProblem-solving mindset

Required

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a mechanical engineering, CAD, product engineering, or related program
Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, Onshape, Shapr3D, or equivalent
Strong communication skills and comfort working in distributed teams
High attention to detail with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
Interest in startups, hardware development, and real-world manufacturing
