This role will lead a high-performing, cross-functional development team working on mission-critical order entry platforms, overseeing design, development, planning, and coordination efforts across engineering, QA, and product teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications using C#, .NET 6+, Angular, jQuery, and MS SQL Server

Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with Product Owners and Product Managers

Plan and manage agile sprints, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions with demonstrable value

Identify and mitigate technical risks, providing architecture and design recommendations

Coordinate with Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business teams to align on end-to-end solution design and delivery

Guide the team in writing technical documentation aligned with SDLC and compliance standards

Serve as a point of communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Mentor developers and promote a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

8+ years of experience in .NET, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL Server (or comparable RDBMS)

4+ years of technical leadership experience in software development

3+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including serverless (e.g., Lambda) and containerized services (e.g., EKS)

Proficiency in front-end technologies (CSS, Semantic HTML, Responsive Design)

Deep knowledge of OOP principles, data modeling, design patterns, and unit testing

Experience using Git or Visual Studio for version control and development workflows

Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to build consensus and promote team autonomy

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a fast-paced environment

High adaptability and problem-solving ability in ambiguous or evolving business contexts
