Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Epic integration , including requirements gathering, technical discovery, and implementation
Own the development of detailed technical specifications and integration documentation
Design and implement the system architecture required to support Epic connectivity at scale
Build and submit an application within the Epic App Orchard ecosystem
Leverage FHIR standards and Epic APIs to support secure, compliant data exchange
Ensure integrations align with hospital IT, security, and clinical workflow requirements
Work directly with the CTO and Head of Product to define technical approach and execution strategy
Partner with internal engineering, product, and implementation teams to deliver integrations on time
Support communication and coordination with external stakeholders, including hospital IT teams and Epic contacts
Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies early and propose practical solutions
Help translate product capabilities into hospital-ready workflows
Contribute to integration patterns and documentation that can be reused across future deployments
Provide technical input to support broader enterprise growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading Epic EHR integrations, ideally in hospital or health system environments
Strong understanding of FHIR, Epic APIs, and healthcare interoperability standards
Experience designing and implementing production-grade system architectures
Prior work building or contributing to applications within the Epic App Orchard
Ability to own projects end-to-end, from discovery through execution
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage or growth-stage environment
Strong written communication skills, particularly around technical documentation
Experience collaborating closely with senior technical and product leadership
