Responsibilities
Take inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the application process for various support programs
Assist customers in completing their applications over the phone, reviewing their income documentation, and processing the necessary information to determine eligibility
Maintain and update customer files, ensuring all interactions and data are accurately recorded in our systems
Work closely with your colleagues and supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to program guidelines
Qualification
Required
Customer-Focused: You have a passion for helping others and excel in delivering outstanding customer service
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using Microsoft Windows and Office applications and can quickly learn new systems
Resilient: You handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism, always striving to provide the best possible outcome for the customer
Schedule: Must be able to work 8am-5pm EST
Bilingual: You have the ability to fluently speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish
