Responsibilities
Mentor and oversee Tax Seniors, Semi-Seniors, and Associates to ensure high-quality output and career growth
Drive projects to completion within budgetary constraints and strict deadlines
Serve as a year-round consultant, proactively discussing tax implications and information needs with clients
Stay at the forefront of the industry through continuous research, training, and participation in professional forums
Identify potential tax risks and collaborate on strategic, research-backed solutions for complex issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, with a heavy emphasis on technical review and team supervision
Generalist experience is super beneficial
Experience in C-Corps, Partnerships, and HNW/Trusts
Experience with M&A, restructuring, and multi-state/international tax is also valued
Active CPA license
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead multiple simultaneous engagements in a fast-paced environment
