Responsibilities

Lead key parts of the month-end close

Oversee P&L review, balance sheet recs, revenue recognition, and cost accounting

Prepare financial statements and support cash flow reporting

Review/approve bank reconciliations and support payroll

Partner with Operations, HR, and leadership

Support audits, controls, and GAAP compliance

Help drive process improvements and ERP/automation initiatives
