This position offers hands-on experience in public-sector marketing, assisting with event support, content creation, and promotional efforts to enhance the District's visibility within the community.

Responsibilities

Attend special events and expos to represent the Elk Grove Park District within the community and business sector
Assist with photography, videography and social media content creation
Assist with the production and distribution of print communications
Review and maintain basic content management for websites
Distribute promotional materials for programs and events throughout the EGPD facilities and the community

Required

Ability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as required. This is a 12 week internship
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Valid Driver's License
Must have an introductory knowledge of Marketing, Communication or related field
