Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment
Basic computer skills
Preferred
Certification in HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO
Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the multifamily housing industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
