Responsibilities
Oversee all maintenance operations including buildings, grounds, and amenities
Ensure timely completion of work orders and apartment turns
Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance and grounds staff
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
Coordinate and oversee vendor services
Manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and budgets
Promote a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming community for residents
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience (required)
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – required
Strong HVAC experience – required
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call rotation)
Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
CPO and pool maintenance experience a plus
