Estimate, design, develop, and implement RPA automations using ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to best practices
Analyze and understand business processes to create accurate ServiceNow RPA solutions
Convert existing processes into automated workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow RPA solutions for optimal performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems
Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring high availability and performance
Stay informed about ServiceNow RPA trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Service Now Developer
Must have RPA experience
Hands-on experience in migrating bots and workflows from automation platforms such as UiPath, BluePrism, or Automation Anywhere to ServiceNow
Familiarity with the ServiceNow RPA design studio
Ability to estimate, design, develop, and implement RPA automations using ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to best practices
Ability to analyze and understand business processes to create accurate ServiceNow RPA solutions
Ability to convert existing processes into automated workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption
