Responsibilities
Lead the research and development of generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, multimodal models) specifically for media applications—including content creation, personalization, and audience engagement
Rapidly prototype new AI-driven features. You will conduct experiments and rigorously evaluate model performance using real-world data to ensure viability
Analyze complex datasets to develop and validate machine learning models. You will implement statistical methods for media optimization, segmentation, and forecasting
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to take models from concept to deployment, ensuring they are integrated into scalable, robust production environments
Work with product managers, engineers, and media strategists to ensure AI initiatives align with business goals and product roadmaps
Stay at the forefront of AI and media technology trends. You will propose new tools and methodologies and drive internal knowledge sharing
Ensure all development adheres to strict ethics and compliance standards, focusing on data privacy, fairness, and transparency
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data science roles with a strong focus on AI/ML and R&D, ideally within the media, advertising, or technology sectors
Deep expertise in generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs), NLP, and/or multimodal AI
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers) is required
Experience with data engineering, large-scale data analysis, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A demonstrated history of published research, open-source contributions, or patents in AI/ML
Preferred
A GitHub repo full of interesting side projects
A track record of published research or patents
Experience specifically in video or audio generation
