Sales Development Representative
YuJa, Inc. is a leading provider of cloud-based digital compliance and accessibility solutions for regulated sectors worldwide. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support their Sales Development team by building lasting relationships with clients and driving revenue through prospecting new clients.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to relevant individuals and organizations
Schedule qualified, online product demonstrations on a consistent basis, with monthly bonuses awarded for exceeding goals
Partner with Account Executives to support sales cycle success and drive urgency
Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account details and contact information
Opportunities to participate in company projects that support efficient company growth
Regular training on Sales, CRM, Target Markets, Product Knowledge, and more

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Sales Development, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
A deep interest in performance-based roles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
