Responsibilities
Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and jobsite hardware
Audit current software platforms (e.g., project management, estimating, accounting, and scheduling tools) for effectiveness and utilization
Identify and implement new technologies—such as AI-based estimating, project tracking, or documentation tools —to streamline operations
Research and introduce software applications or AI-driven tools that improve productivity, communication, and data accuracy across teams
Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships for hardware, software, and service contracts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or management, ideally within the construction or engineering industry
Experience with construction-related platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk, PlanGrid, Sage, CMiC, or similar)
Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
