InternSVCV is a global private equity and financial firm seeking a Corporate Legal Intern to gain hands-on exposure to corporate law. The intern will assist with legal documentation, contract review, and transactional support across multiple business lines.

Responsibilities
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing employee agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and consulting agreements
Support contract lifecycle management, including version control and summaries of key terms
Support legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships
Assist with due diligence materials, document organization, and transaction checklists
Help maintain corporate records, entity documentation, and internal legal files
Assist with basic compliance research and internal policy documentation
Conduct research on corporate, employment, and commercial law issues as needed
Prepare concise legal summaries for internal use
Work with internal teams and external counsel to support ongoing legal and business initiatives
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Pre-Law, Business Law, Corporate Governance, or a related field
Strong interest in corporate law, private equity, M&A, or in-house legal work
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Discreet, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information
Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior exposure to contracts or legal research is a plus, but not required
