Customer Service Representative
Market Street Talent is a specialized staffing and consulting firm focused on staffing solutions for Information Technology positions. They are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Customer Service Representative to support customers and internal teams while following established processes.

Communicate effectively with customers, members, coworkers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, written correspondence, and in person
Read, comprehend, and follow simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Prepare and write clear, simple correspondence and responses
Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
Use standard office equipment including computers, phones, photocopiers, printers, and filing cabinets
Apply common-sense reasoning to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form
Navigate routine office activities and support internal operations and events as needed
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED, with up to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to customers and small groups
Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
The ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret basic bar graphs
Strong reasoning skills with the ability to apply common sense in standardized situations
