Senior SharePoint Administrator
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Senior SharePoint Administrator to join their team. The role involves identifying, repairing, and stabilizing a SharePoint farm while ensuring its performance and compliance with specific requirements.

Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience as a SharePoint Farm / Server Engineer
Deep expertise with SharePoint Server 2013 and 2019
Advanced SharePoint PowerShell skills
Proven experience troubleshooting farm-level issues, event receivers, and custom solutions
Experience supporting SharePoint in IaaS or hybrid environments
Ability to:
Work independently in a secure, mission-critical environment
Administer and support a SharePoint 2019 farm at the server and farm level
Diagnose and fix event receivers, features, and custom solutions broken during the SharePoint 2013 → 2019 migration
Perform SharePoint farm health checks and environment scans
Identify deprecated or incompatible customizations and third-party components
Use PowerShell extensively for farm configuration, troubleshooting, and remediation
Validate service applications, web applications, timer jobs, and dependencies
Support SharePoint running on Linux-based IaaS infrastructure
Ensure farm stability, performance, and compliance with USCYBERCOM requirements
Document findings, fixes, and recommended improvements
Collaborate with FTSG and government technical teams
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and twelve (12) years of experience in software development/engineering. Sixteen (16) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree
At least eight (8) years of experience with SharePoint
Extensive knowledge of Linux
Ability to work during core hours of 10AM-2PM. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community customers (USCYBERCOM preferred)
Experience performing post-migration remediation
Familiarity with SharePoint security hardening and STIG compliance
Ability to clearly communicate ambiguous or highly complex concepts to all audiences
Ability to understand the big picture and align the day-to-day activities to support that picture
