Responsibilities

Partner directly with GMs, Directors, and Operations leaders

Translate business needs into hiring strategies—not just job postings

Set expectations on timing, market reality, and talent tradeoffs

Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach, and market mapping

Build pipelines before requisitions go live

Compete for talent in tight skilled-trade labor markets

Manage 50–100+ open requisitions simultaneously

Prioritize roles by business impact and urgency

Keep pipelines clean, current, and moving

Drive structured, behavior-based interviews

Ensure quality slates—not résumé volume

Coach hiring leaders on decision-making and speed

Pre-close candidates early and often

Partner on compensation alignment and offer strategy

Own offer acceptance and candidate experience through Day One
